Having played unbeaten Cosby at the start of season and getting thrashed 5.0 i was intrigued to see where we are as a team against the best side in the league.
With 5 players unavailable our options with the team were limited but that did not stop the girls putting on a great performance.

The first half to be fair saw limited chances as both teams cancelled each other out , Desford and Cosby worked tirelessly and both midfields battled and defences kept the forwards quiet .
20 minutes in Jamie scored after winning a 50/50 with the keeper and trickled the ball over the line after a cross from Kiane.
At half time i asked the girls keep working even though it was hard and limited options to change things , Cosby scored straight from Kick off , the one time Rhianna was pulled out of position they got through and scored .
Abi again ran herself into the ground and had a good battle with there best player , Cosby to be fair were looking more positive going forward but we defended really well as a team, elli had a couple of half chances and then the last action was a Cosby corner that was headed wide.
1.1 draw was fair result and both coaches and supporters appreciated a good game of football.
