The Desford Youth under 12s ethos is to promote long term development of technical skills, social skills and to build self confidence for all players irrespective of ability. It's nice to win but it is more important that everyone has fun and gets to play. We win as a team and we lose as a team!

Gavin is a DBS checked level 1 licensed coach and holds the following coaching FA qualifications, certificates or awards

1st4sport level 1 award in coaching football (QCF)
NVQ level 2 in sports coaching
Respect for coaches award
FA Safeguarding children award
FA Emergency aid award

Training all year around @ Bosworth College on sportsfield (Leicester Road Desford) Saturdays 08:45 - 10:15
